Swapping a forester ej25 block with a 2000 imprza 2.5rs internals

So I have a 2000 impreza with a seized motor ( girlfriend
ran the oil dry when I was out fishing in AK) we also have a
98 forester with a ej 25. So from what people have told me I
just need a new block. My question is can I put all the
impreza internals in the forester block?
