You may have experienced a wire short past the fuses that over time let go. Check all fuses again for power coming to the fuses and past the fuses. If you have power coming to the fuses, then work towards the parts that are not getting power. You may also start with a light and change it, then work towards a common tire if they all connect to the same lead. You also need to make sure it is grounded. You need a ground to complete the circuits. A lose ground or disconnected one or broken ground wire will not short and blow the fuses.
