2008 Chevy cobalt doesn’t turn over
When I turn the key over it makes a clicking sound
and all the dash lights come on but doesn’t turn
over. Trying to find out if anyone has any idea what
the issue could be

Most likely it is going to be ur battery or starter! U can do a voltage test on ur battery and see how many bolts it is putting out and if it’s at least 12 or over but no more than 16-17 then it’s gonna b ur starter! U may be able to tap on the starter and solenoid on the starter and it may crank a couple more times, but u will need to replace the starter,hope this helps, good luck
