Why won't my car start?

You have to be a little more informative.... Like ,,, does it crank, does it try to start then quit ,,, etc

do your lights workj?/ does the horn work ?? check your battery cables make sure they are hooked up correctly Check your fuses

Yes it will start with starting fluid but when it uses I it up, it will stop running. Can't tell if the fuel pump is working or not. It won't start on its own but will with stating fluid????

you got your car fixed yet I see you replied like it been a year and a half

Your thinking of someone else. I just posted yesterday. I have that Subaru outback. Has intake and will start with starting fluid. But won't fire on its own like it's getting no gas?

ok it may be your fuel pump have you had it checked out , what you can do is unhooked your fuel filter and than turn the car on and pump the gas pedal and see if you are getting any gas out of the fuel hose You may just need a new fuel filter your fuel pump is located under the back seat (FYI ) you can change it out your self just look for some videos on you tube or get a repair manual for your car , let me know what you find out

Thank you so much for your help. I saw the videos to and they were helpful also. Today I'm going to check if there's power at the pump. All fuses are good so I'm thinking theres power down there but maybe not. Anyway I'm good now. Thanks again for the help. Talk to you later.
