Window does not close correctly. What would cause this and how do i fix it?

Sounds like I'm getting shot at when i try to roll it up. When rolling it down itll
jump down a bit then go very slow

Good guess, but here's what's more likely: The regulator bolts...especially the top one...on 2000-2004 Leg/OBs are famous for loosening, initially causing a rattle in use, but eventually window flop as one pops off and the whole mess becomes a chaotic frenzy. Just pull the panel and look for the loose bolt down in the door well and tighten all securely. You MAY have to straighten the regulator arms a bit if forcing them bent one. Piece of careful cake....
