sounds like it is drowning
starts but cuts off as if it uses the gas in the lines before dieing
cleaned carburetor and fuel injectors
there is fluid in the intake manifold looks like gas and oil smells like gas!!!!!

Have you checked the fuel pressure,may be bad fuel pump.
May be check the fuel relay first,then the pump.

we hear a winding noise in the fuel tank is that it?? and i have swapped all of the fuses i know work and placed them in the places of the fuses for the fuel pump. also is the fuel filter also in the tank, i cant seem to find it
There is one at the rear of the tank,and a sock filter in the tank,and yes that whining is the pump,
But just cause you hear it dosnt, mean it is pumping.
Wbich fuse box does the fuse for the blower motor sit in? And which fuse is it?
