Depends on the damage it caused and where the debris went. Most likely you will need a new engine.

Contact local auto salvage/scrap yards and see if they sell replacement engines. Some will even install them and give you a limited warranty. Be sure to consider only low mileage replacement motors, such as those from wrecked vehicles.
