95 4Runner doesn't start then starts several minutes later

I have a 95 4Runner V6.  It ran fine one night,  then
the next morning it would not start. It turned over,
and then just went to clicking. Several hours later, I
tried it again. This time, it clicked, turned over,
paused, turned over again and then started. It
started fine several times after that. About an hour
later,  went to start it again,  it was slow to start.
Then started fine. After about an hour,  the whole
process repeated.
