Is your window not moving?
The fuse should be located right next to the other fuse box under the steering column.

No, do you know where the window fuse is located?
Either that or the window regulator is broken.
The fuse is a 30 amp and it should be pink. Looks like a cube shape.
Definitely check the window regulator. It's pretty easy to get to behind the door panel. You may need assistance from another person to hold the window up if you don't want to take it out, but that would mean working quickly to get it all unscrewed and lining everything back up before it becomes a pain.
Its under the steering column you have to take off the panel and the metal one under that one. There you will find 3 additional fuses. One of the green ones is for the windows the pink one is to lock the doors. I just fixed a 95 avalon today. You can check if you have power on the main window switch if no power fuse is bad.
It's a green 40amp fuse.
