Car stopped running

Was driving car when it just stopped running i
pulled over car clicks but wont turn over battery is
good and holding charge

sounds like a charging issue,have alternator/battery test performed.

Would the starter cause an issue it has charge in battery without charging now when i try to start it just clicks at starter

sounds like low battery voltage,if the battery is 4 years old or older its time for a replacement,but the charging system should be tested after battery replacement.
