Check your gas cap and make sure it's tight. If lights are still on, go get it scanned for error codes. Try Autozone. I have read numerous posts about how people have to replace the fuel cap at least once a year. You may have to disconnect the negative battery terminal to clear the code. I also think that if the CEL comes on the VSC automatically comes on as well until the issue is fixed.
