My 1994 Camry, well serviced, suddenly made some strange noises. Pulled over and found steam coming up and sound of bubbling water... is this a simple water pump or dry water well problem?

What we usually do is fill-er up and pressure test the cooling system. Could be a hose....water pump....head gasket....crack in the engine...plugged radiator..bad radiator cap.....etc. Need the pressure test for correct diagnosis.
