95 2.2 will start but idles 300-500 rpm for 5 sec and dies. Replaced fuel filter, had gas at banjo but not much leaked from the fuel rail.

have the fuel pressure tested to make sure that it is within specs for your car.
Thanks...I'm going to replace the tank filter since my son ran it out of gas and check the pump
Clean your throttle body and IAC. Here's a short how to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsP2-HKz7vE
In tank fuel pumps actually rely on gas for lubrication. so it has most likely seized.
Puleed pump, filter and pump are both good. The pump operated when jumpered out diagnostic points b+ and fp1. I am at a loss now.
If you haven't cleaned your throttle body and IAC yet, try that first. If no change after that, replace your radiator temp sensor. If bad, it will send the wrong signal to the ECU and cause the EGR to malfunction.
