Replaced Master Cyl, all calipers, brakes pads,no phyisical leaks and bleed it, still sinking brake pedal?

Either the new master cylinder was not bench bled before installing it, or the old master ran dry and now there is air in the ABS control module, which would require a shop to bleed this out.

Have you tested the vacuum brake booster check valve?

when you bleed brakes you shouldn't press more than 1 or 2 inches , gently
BEFORE you replaced the MS....did you check it for ....Free Play? AFTER installing the new MS.....did you check it for free play? If you have the proper free play...try a Gravity Bleed Procedure. Make sure you do not let the MS run dry. Get back with results.
