While driving 1997 Toyota Camry the car died as all functions quit working

While driving first the dashboard cluster didn't work, then the radio quit, the all lights quit,
then the AC quit and the car died and wouldn't restart!

Sounds like either your fuse box under the hood had a meltdown or the computer did. Have someone wiggle the fuse box under the hood as you turn the key to start it. I have seen them have a short in the wiring before. If it starts right up, it may be the fuse box.
