Try this. Have someone step on the brakes and wiggle the directional signal switch/lever. Observe the rear lights at the same time. Which lights are on...which lights are blinking
Nothing happens to the brake lights. Just normal directional blinkin.
Not sure if you have a third brake light in the back window, but I have heard that if that middle light blows out, that the other two won't work. Not sure if it holds true for a Camry as it does for some other cars. If no third tail light in the back window, I would take a 12 volt needle light and start probing the wires and tracing them from the tail lights towards the front of the car. Since you have a new brake switch, good fuses, and bulbs, I would concentrate on the wires.

When engine is running, are there any warning lights on in the instrument cluster? When you step on the brake pedal...any warning lights come on? You might have a light sensor problem. I seem to remember some Toyotas had a problem with an electrical connector located in the left side of the trunk near the left hinge. Also...have you checked for any blown fuses?
Thank you so much. I just replace the connector. And brakes ligths are working Thanks again
