What's everything? The more details you can provide the more we can try to help you narrow down the problem.
Sounds like the same issue I had my brother had me buy carb/chock spray . I tool off the air house line and sprayed into a triangle looking piece on the metal part. I waited seconds and my car started right up.
In the trunk, there's something called an inertia switch. It's designed to cut off the fuel in the event of an impact so that you don't get a fire. It's possible that this switch could have been inadvertently activated by something in the trunk hitting it or possibly by a really hard bump in the road, or whatever. I have a 98 Camry, and if memory serves, my inertia switch is on the right hand side as you're standing outside looking into the trunk. You'll have to peel back parts of the lining, but that's normal. On mine it's a red button. If it's popped up, push it back down and that should restore the flow of fuel. If that's not the issue, you've eliminated one more thing, and it didn't cost you anything to check. If that's not the issue, I'd look at the injectors next. If that's not the issue, I'd look at the ignition system.
