had major repairs done to my 99 Camry. Connected the new battery and the car won't start. it's is dead

My 99 Camry has been out of commission as I had major repairs done.  Timing belt, knock sensors.  Connected  brand new battery and the car is dead. No lights. Nothing works

Just curious? Did you disconnect the ground wire to engine when repairs where done? Did you disconnect the positive from the starter when the repairs where done? I would check those and if that isnt it look at the main fuse and relay box in the engine compartment and see of any of the ignition relays were removed or not working. If all is good then i would start looking at the ignition itself.

I had everything replaced on my Camry except the engine. All the seals and gaskets have been replaced. Major work timing belt. Everything looks great except that it will not start. Nothing works. No lights brand new battery
