Are you sure you are TDC on the number one cylinder on the compressor stroke????

the eye on the front of the block could that have been damaged in any way from moving it around

Does this engine have a "Coil on Plug Ignition?.....or....a Coil Pack which has 2 SP wires on it and fires 2 SP at the same time?

Is the CEL on or flashing? If YES...knowing the code(s) would help with the diagnosis.

it has the coil pack with 2 spark plugs half of each coil fires strong the other half is weak to not at all

If this is 2 separate coil packs each firing 2 spark plugs...I would be inclined to switch the 2. This would attempt to Isolate why you have weak spark. If this is ONE coil pack containing 2 coils...then forget about any switching....make sure the SP wires are plugged into the correct coil. If the problem persists...and...you are reluctant to replace more parts...then we have to diagnose a weak spark with a Digital Meter. If you disconnected the wiring connector on that coil pack....take a look see at that connection for damage or bent pins.

its the 2 coils each firing 2 plugs im going to change the coils and wires and ill let you know I will update

replaced the coil packs and wires and it ran a lot better but still has a slight miss think it might be a fowled plug the plugs are cheap but know its sucking air from the IAC valve SO IT ONLY RAN FOR 4 SEC then started running like crap again

What was the ORIGINAL problem with this vehicle that triggered the head gasket replacement? Might be time to take a compression test while you are cleaning/replacing SP.

Ok....I would consider that compression test then recheck those timing marks.
