Does anybody know why the floorboards are always drenched?

Hello i have a 2002 Toyota Camry SE and here in the last week or so the
floors are always soaking wet. I dry them everyday and even purchased
towels to go under the floormats to soak it up. Those towels have to be
dried everyday they get so wet. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
Also (probably unrelated) but this morning i was driving it was 80 degrees
and extremely humid and i had the air on when what looked like smoke
came out of my passenger airvents. Any idea as to what is causing all this?

So what do you think it is if its just water? We really need this fixed. I have got tired of drying it out every day and it always smelling musty. And also if it is the drain being blocked would that cause it to spread to all four floorboards? And its alot of water to. It soaks the floor the very thick towel and then to the actual floor mat itself. Its very obnoxious.
