2005 Toyota Camry suddenly doesn't run
My camry has almost 300k miles. The
past few times I ran it, it was a little
rough until it warmed up. I drove it one
day and came home. Did fine. Next day
I tried to start it and it tries to kick. It is
as if the plugs are firing. I smell gas
when trying to start. Plugs show there
is gas. When I stop cranking it just
stops. No obd codes are present.
Battery new and full. I doubt the fuel
pump and filter are a cause. My theory
so far would be a bad head gasket,
timing problem, or computer.
Any ideas? I am not sure if the car
would run if the head gasket was bad.
The oil looks fine. Antifreeze doesnt
look oily. Although the pipes were a bit
smoky recently.
