Help identify this pipe

Take a picture of both ends and other than the vacuum line going to it what else hooked to it and where do these hoses or line go to? and does it have a electrical connector? Take picture of the spot it was mounted to and where those connection were and where they go.

Is that it in this picture between valve cover and master brake cylinder?

Is there a number or numbers on the side of this part?

There to the right of his thumb in the picture is a Vacuum hose mount port that snapped off, and that is why he has to get a new one of these. Other than it is in the same area that the boost bypass valve is I am not sure, because when I look it up the diagram it shows it but then on the list of numbers assigned in that diagram it skips over it.
