Oil drops on ground...or blowing white/blue tint smoke from exhaust? Mileage? I don't know if the '95 Celica came with transmission cooler to radiator or not. If it has two small lines, (not the bigger upper and lower coolant hoses) supply and return on radiator that is not motor oil cooler it's transmission. But those will only be for automatic, you don't mention if manual. Regardless, replace with what it has now.
I would try changing the PCV valve, they tend to clog up on Toyotas and will cause excessive oil consumption
PCV valves do not clog up on Toyoya's any more than any car. I am open minded, mauto1 and would be happy to review any evidence you have supporting this statement. It's a simple check valve, same as an If you are interested, see this: http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/pcv-replace/
I change more PCV valves on Toyotas than any other make or model at my garage, only reason why I say they tend to clog up more. Maybe it's just an issue perspective since Toyotas are common so we see a lot of them at the shop, hence it seeming like a more prevalent problem, regardless it's a pretty quick easy and cheap fix if that's whats causing their oil consumption which is why I would start there.
