Where can I obtain the electric circuit drawing for a Celica GT 1997?
I need to know which circuits are fed thru fuse AM2 (30 Amps, A type). The owner's
manual says "Sistema de carga" (charge system) but does not say which parts of the
charge system are protected by this fuse.
There is another bigger fuse (40 Amps, B type) called "AM1" which, the manual says,
protects the electronic ignition system/distribuitor ignition system, so I can discard that
part of the circuitry.
I also know that the "AM2" fuse is fed thru "MAIN" (60Amps, B type) fuse. This MAIN
fuse also protects "start system", "lights", and fuses "HAZARD", "HORN", "DOME" and
"RADIO".
The engine was running smoothly and all of a sudden went dead. It would not start again.
Then I checked all the fuses and the only one blown was "AM2". I replaced it and
everything worked as before. I would like to find out which component of the "charge
system" may have created the overload that blew the fuse to check it.
Thanks for your help
