I was turning left on a on ramp when
my car suddenly felt as if it was on
ice. As well as the sound of a flat tire
on the right front tire. While trying to
get it home it keep pulling to the right
randomly very violently. I got off the
highway and made a left while there
was a loud sound of popping. I then
needed to pull in a drive way to
reverse out when suddenly it
stopped going in reverse. Not even
drive. It feels like something is
grinding when I switch the gears. In
park it makes a loud sound. I have to
keep it in reverse with the e break on
so it don't move.

You might have lost a CV axle. You might have lost a ball joint as well.

As KenF said prob the ball joint or possibly the wheel bearing failed causing the control issues. As it got worse the CV most likely broke or separated causing the transmission to turn freely (open diff). This would cause the grinding and other noises. Turn the wheel all the way in either direction and inspect the components mentioned above. I'm sure the issue(s) will be easily spotted. Hopefully there is no major tranny damage, but I would tow it or haul it to get it repaired, avoid damaging it further.
