What does OBD 1 Code 25 and OBD 1 Code 26 activating at the same time mean in 1991 Toyota Corolla?

What does OBD 1 Code 25 and OBD 1 Code 26 activating at the same time mean in a 5-speed 1991 Toyota Corolla Deluxe with good compression across all 4 cylinders? (Yes, compression test completed. Compression test readings are: cylinder 1= 160psi,  cylinder 2=150psi, cylinder 3=160psi, and cylinder 4=150psi.

EDIT: Also the Check Engine Light comes on intermittently to activate these two codes. It might come on and then a few minutes later, go back out. Any ideas?

Code 25 Air/fuel ratio LEAN Code 26 Air/fuel ratio RICH In order to both codes to come in, I think you need to have a sticky airflow meter, that is the only way I think something like that can happen. Does anybody know an answer for this? Please post.
