1992 Toyota Corolla, 5 speed, when I am in low gear (usually 1 and 2) my car
will shake as im driving, for a small amount of time then stops.   it stop when I
shift up or out of gear, what does that come from and is it concerning?

Sounds like needs new clutch but could be master or slave cylinder. Could be a lot of things really but it's transmission related. I've had em be as easy as a transmission mount just.

it is more of a jerk. the clutch is new. I may be taking it too high revs, there is no rev counter in the car ok thank you

Try playing it by ear until you get tachometer when engine starts winding shift it out see if it helps you may be right just letting it rev too high
