Car rattling and squeaking

Hey my 1994 Toyota Corolla makes a very noisy
rattling noise when my car is in idle, also when I
first start my car it sometimes squeaks when I
accelerate, how do fix this?

I think its coming from the fan belt area somewhere, I've been told it might be a loose or worn bearing but I wasn't sure. It seems to shake a lot in the engine around that area as well.
