Could a fuse be the problem with the rear window that won't roll up or down?

Maybe. Does it work from neither switch on that door and driver's door?
Neither switch will operate the Window.

So the problem is either the motor in the door or the mechanism. You are going to have to pull door panel and have a look. If you have a multi-meter all the better...to see if power is getting to motor. But it's not fuse. That fuse supplies power to power locks also click to size up
If you open door and put a hand on both sides of glass will it go up, than fall back down...or stay up...or not move at all?
