Put in a new starter in my 04 Corolla. Car cranks
over sounds like wants to start but it doesn't. I've
noticed my windows, wipers, AC, gas gauge and
some dash lights ain't working neither

Electrical/ wiring issue possible short somewhere in wiring. The starting issue on the other hand sounds like it's not getting any/ enough spark." To fire properly. BAD coil pack or packs, plugs?
