My 06 Highlander took 5 quarts transmission fluid with filter replacement. Hint: Put bolts thru pan and new gasket while pan is out. Bolts are in place and no need to raise tranny. I modified (heat and bend to offset) a small 10 mm combo wrench to fit over crossmember.
