Toyota Land Cruiser HJZ75 brake problems

I have a problem with all four wheels brakes binding at the same time. What
could cause that ? Happening to two vehicles.

Too much moisture in the brake system is the most common, try a complete flush before spending a bunch on ABS diagnostics. Have seen a few that the wheel speed sensors go nuts and cause some wheels to lock but usually not all four.
