is there a safety switch on a 92 Toyota pickup truck that won't let it get a spark

I have already replace the coil pack ignitor
module and rotor button in distributor cap
what else would cause it not to spark

No, but if your MAF is bad, you won't get spark. Unplug your MAF and crank it over. If it starts for a second, your MAF is bad and you need a new one.
