Rav4 Battery put in backward
My ex put the battery in wrong on my Rav4 and didn't realize it until the next day...now the car will not start. It cranks but it wont turn over. I have replaced the ignition module, the crank shaft position sensor and I am about to change the computer...but before I did that I wanted to see if there is a way I can test the computer before I get another one...somebody told me to hook the Ecu back up ( I took it out to get the numbers of of it) and turn the car on and see if Tue check engine light comes on...and if it does then the problem is not the Ecuador, but if it doesn't then the ecu is bad...is that a fair way to test it?
