no heat or air

My 2005 impala has no heat or air.. the other day
when I turned the heat on high, I heard a loud
humming noise.. now today I have no air blowing
at all.. is it the blower.. fuse. Or the resistor..

It might be the fuse, but the loud humming before it died most likely means the blower motor bearing went out. Chances are also good that a failed blower motor/bad bearing could also cause the fuse to blow. Check the fuse, if it blew replace it, but if you hear the blower motor making that humming again, plan on replacing it.
