My Toyota Sienna 2004 rear back windows are somehow open and will not close,how can I fix this?

Back windows won't close and the trunk does not stay open

Push the buttons the other way/on windows/try remote battery Try manual lift on back door/gas shocks not holding/look at the arms holding the door/bent/blockage/gas shocks I think
