Internal frame has a lot of rust

I'm considering buying this vehicle but I'm unsure if
what ramifications could result due to a very rusted
frame

You won't find that type or year of truck that ain't rotted out unless you keep looking and luck out .

Toyota was replacing badly rusted frames at one time, for more information take the VIN to the dealer and see if it qualified. Rusted frames can become a very serious issue.
