Warped brake rotors and or hubs,or bad cv axel.

it's called run out. The disk part of your front disk brakes is warped. There are a few possible reasons including, hung up caliper slides, sticking pads, or thin disk. Many times this can be fixed with a good disassemble clean and lube.
