Strange but fuel pressure seems good ... what about fuel flow? When is the kast time you changed the fuel filter? It might be clogged. also turn on the iginition, not start mide and listen for the fuel pump, there should be a bit of noise or clicking indicating it's pumping. Do much to suggest. Billdarr47
FILERS CHANGED DONE ALL THE CHECKS SO FAR BUT TO NO AVAIL FUEL SUPPLY CONSTANT WHEN STARTING PUMP RUNS UNTIL IT DIES AFTER THAT A SECOND OR SO LONGER THEN PUMP STOPS
By chance, have you checked the fuel pump relay?

I don't know newer cars systems but there could be a turn over solinoid, cutting off the fuel flow and it maybe activated do to a faulty signal, might be ground or plus 12v activated ... check on it, I think this is my last idea, for you. Regards, Billdarr47.
Thank you all for your help and advise i have finally found the problem the pump would pressurize like normal but as soon as it runs a few seconds the pressure just drops to a bare 5.5 psi as soon as it dies and you restart the pressure is again 55 psi replaced the pump car running like a dream thanx again
Glad to hear that you have solved the problem. Something like that can drive you crazy!
My aveo while running sounds like it's not getting gas I can drive it but if I put on the breaks stop then when I push on the gas it tries to die if I keep pumping on the gas sometimes it will get gas sometimes it dies? What should I do?
