Error message on odometer

Had to change the battery and now the service engine light is on and there is an
error message in the odometer window

Put an OBD2 on it and give us the code

get diagnostic done and clear the fault, 90% of thee time its battery low that triggers the trouble code

I have a 2002 cavalier Z 24 where it give you the mileage is saying now Sarah I do not know it means all lights on the dashboard with in the dashboard I laid up please somebody let me know what the problem is I put $2,000 in a $600 car and trying to put more but I will sell it. I had the same problem. I left the key on start and unplugged all of my relays and fuses under the hood and put em back in, the dash reset all the lights turned off and my odometer went back to normal.
