2004 Chevy Impala will not crank by the key

What is the issue with my Chevy Impala not
cranking by the key. But I can start it by the starter
or the crank relay. Help this is very fustrating. Had
the starter replaced along with the ignition switch.

your key actuates the igniton sw usually mounted on the top of the steering coulum,you will need to locate where its mounted and replace that
