Which actuator should i change if driver door locks all doors but will not unlock back doors or rear barn doors?

I believe GM and others puts "child lock outs" on the driver's door that will not allow the rear doors and others to unlock. Perhaps that is either not turned off or stuck in the on position. If you have an operators manual, check it or just go to a Chevy service station and have the service writer look at it. You don't have to have them do the work,, just see if there is a switch that has not activated or is not working.
