Back parking lights and license plate light not working,
Rear parking lights, license plate light not working,
but the brake lights and reverse lights are.
Burnt out bulbs maybe? If not you would need to check for power in the bulb socket when the park lights are on. If no power then follow the wires to the plugins and check for power there. Check the fuse and try moving the bulbs around in the socket to see if you can get them to work first.
