Brake lights not working

Hi guys, I'm writing from La Paz, Bolivia... I have a 2003 2500 4wd
Suburban... a few days ago I realized the brake lights were not working so I
initially checked the stop lamps and fuses, all of them looked good... it
seemed the fuses were not receiving power so I thought it would be the
stop lamp switch... when we checked this switch with the technician we
found out that there is a wiring harness and a female connector going out
from the switch and we cannot find where it connects... also.. cruise control
is not working but I believe this will be solved when I fix the stop lamps
issue... your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

Had many of the stop lamp switches on the brake pedal go bad on my Chevys over the years. Not sure where the harness goes but would make sure the contact is sending signal out when depressed not just that it has 12 volts. Hope this helps.
