2003 Chevrolet Avalanche

My 2003 chev avalanche is making a deep humming noise when I just slightly press the gas pedal. As soon as I pick up speed it goes away and if im going slow enough (without touching brake or gas) and turning I hear it as well. But just the slight pressing of the gas pedal sets the sound off. If I press the brake, I don't hear the noise anymore. Sounds as though its coming from the rear right hand side of my truck.
