the main ground connection to the frame is corroded...rusty...a layer of semi-conductor has developed these 300 or so starts...combined with thermal cycling of day and night depends on where you park the truck...subject to morning dew? all these factors make it harder for the system ground to get through to the chassis....unbolt the connection between the 1/0 battery cable and the ground spot on the fender or frame...don't forget the one that goes to the engine block (near the alternator bracket) so we'll have good ground then~...to the delicate components that do not even use 50 milliamps to do their job...but are sensitive to varying voltages and available amperages....but we are gonna fix all that with a pliers and wirebrush~...also a NEW battery...the tin/antimony alloy batteries will only last five years~...mmmkay what is wrong is the reduced voltage has made the relays drop out....shuttin' you down proper~....fresh ground will fix ya~

fuel pump relay may not always connect, if you haven't done that already
