f250 5.4 turns over but wont start

My 2000 F250 Super Duty with a 5.4L motor will turn over but will start.  It did
this occasionally in the past, but would start after letting vehicle sit for about 15
minutes.  Vehicle has gas, good battery and fuel pump shut-off switch was not
tripped. Lists OBD code P0232.

Do you hear the in-tank pump running when you turn the key to the "run" position?
