96 ford 7.3 powerstroke loss of
power. We have changed the icp
sensor the cps sensor and put two
new batteries in it. Still have loss of
power. What else could it be.

I have a 1996 Ford F350 and have changed all the filters but I'm still having a loud noise from the engine as it idles. Any ideas?
