My truck shakes when I reach 45 mph, if I accelarate to 65 it goes away for a while untill I start to brake down to lower speed. I have a straight 6 engine manual transmission.

Doe,s engine have skip at idle?Just need to know,to rule engine out.

Could be a bad tire, bad wheel bearing, loose wheel bearing(s) loose tie rod ends, bad ball joints. Lots of moving parts in a front end that can get sloppy. is it a 2wd or 4wd?

TA77,is correct,could be lot,s of thing,s under the front end,first thing come to my mind is,bad tire,tire out of balance,being it ony doe,s it at certain speed.s.
