I have a 1993 Ford F150 5.0 Runs fine until warm up

My Ford F150 5.0 runs fine till warm up then it shuts off but restarts fine . I did
a compression test and all cylinders shoe 150 psi . Replaced TPS, O2,
sensors with  no results . Can anyone help ??? Thank You

I'm thinking the Ignition Control Module may be getting bad, if you take it out it can be tested at an auto parts store. Engine heat will affect them and cause them to cut out.
